COURTYARD CATCH-UP

Since founding, award-winning charity The Courtyard Pantry Enterprise have been on a mission to tackle the effects of poverty throughout the local community. Part of their services, which first opened during the Covid-19 pandemic, include an accessible food pantry that allows members to purchase up to 10 items for just £2.50. After initially operating from ‘The Courtyard Café’, the food pantry opened its own dedicated space in September this year with the support of Debbie and the team at Queens Cross Housing Association. Last week we caught up with employees Dale Todd and Yusuf Abdulkareem to discuss this positive change, as well as the future goals of the pantry - check out the interview below!
