STRENGTH IN FLEXIBILITY
Our workshops are home to our most diverse tenants. We have commercial kitchens producing a mountain of cakes, buns, fried chicken and satelitle kitchens for city centre restaurants. We have joiners, cleaners and electrical component suppliers. We have wood workshops, picture framers, sign makers and coffee grinders.
If you can dream it up we can provide the space to make it in. Our workshops are our most popular properties so they are often fully let however if you get in touch we’ll have a good idea of when the next one will come up.

We work closely with our tenants and have enabled combinations of spaces to provide tailormade solutions. Need a large office and a small store? We’ve provided that before. Need a large warehouse and a small office we’ll find that for you. get in touch and tell us what you need and we’ll find out how to sort that for you.
