We are very excited to announce that we have a new space on the market, Unit 3D which is on the first floor of Firhill House.

3D is 493sqft, and comes with a kitchenette, private parking space, and intercom system.

The unit itself is very bright due to the generous light from the slanted windows, giving it an open and spacious feel.

This unfurnished space can be used for many different businesses. Currently, Firhill House incorporates a bathroom showroom, photography studio, community groups, along with a general office space and more.

Firhill House is an extremely affordable unit, especially for its location. Situated in the North of Glasgow, this unit is only a 10 minute walk from the nearest subway stop.
