REFURBISHMENT BEGINS

Work has now begun at two of our recently acquired retail units on Garscube Road.

At 671-673, the former beauty salon, a full rip out has started in order to maximise space and create a flexible, modern premises ready to let. Meanwhile, the former cafe located at 675 has seen a new roller shutter installed to secure the unit whilst the necessary work takes place.
